Milan’s historical centre is easy to explore. We walked amidst the 135 rooftop spires of the stunning Duomo di Milano cathedral. Personal shoppers guided us through Europe’s oldest and most beautiful shopping emporium, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II; an old-timer tram transported us around the city and we learned how to make pasta at the Italian Cooking School.
